Casa Ennio is located in the historical district, near parco Pavese, only 50 m. from the beach. It offers modern, spacious, fully-equipped apartments (about 60 mq). The apartments consist of either 2 bedrooms (appartamento trilocale) or 1 bedroom (appartamento bilocale).
Both types of apartments include: a combination living room with a sofa-bed and fully-equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs.
The apartments are furnished with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, digital TV, ironing board, iron, hair drier, wall safe, electric stove and independent heating. Cribs and high chairs for babies are available upon request.
Casa Ennio offers an elevator. Clients have access to a spacious garden with confortable lawn furniture, a private parking (one car / apartment) lot and storage space fully-equipped for surfboards and mountain bikes (CCTV). Upon prior notification, small dogs can be accepted.
Direct access to the lakefront and the beach.

Booking: directly by e-mail.
After confirming your reservation we ask an account by bank trasfer; the remaining balance is to pay at the arrival collecting the keys. We don’t accept credit cards!
In low season we also rent for less (min. 3 nights)
Included services: electricity, gas, water, bikeroom, parking-place for one car / apartment, washing- machine, dish-washer, Wi-Fi, TV-Sat, the use of the garden, towels, bedlinnen

Check-out: before 9 a.m.
Not included:
- heating (upon request) EURO 10,00 a day
- change bedlinnen EURO 5,00 a person

Excluded provincial tourist tax to be payed cash 1,00 € per person/per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights (exempt from the tax children under age of 14)
