PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE PROCESSING OF COMMON PERSONAL DATA

Information document pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196, we provide you with information regarding the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, the scope of their communication and dissemination, the nature of the data in our possession, and their provision.

Purpose of the processing: The collection or processing of your personal data is solely intended to send information and any newsletters from Casa Ennio to the provided email address. The newsletter may contain information, event announcements, vacation package promotions, and offers.

Methods of processing: The processing will be carried out using the IT tools and systems available to us, which will be adjusted to the security measures provided for by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196. These data will be processed exclusively by individuals specifically designated by our company. Specifically, the processing will be carried out by members of Casa Ennio, those responsible for the commercial area, administrative staff, and technical personnel as applicable. We inform you that your personal data will be continuously updated in our database with the information you provide us.

Scope of communication and dissemination of the data in our possession: Your data in our possession will be retained within our company and will only be known to the designated personnel. These data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Source of the data: Casa Ennio possesses your personal data as it was previously made available by you.

Nature of provision: Providing the data made available to us is optional for you. If you no longer wish to receive communications, we kindly ask that you inform us in writing. In this regard, it will be sufficient to send a simple email to info@casaennio.it. Obviously, if you request the deletion of your data necessary for sending invitations and information about our events, services, and research, you will lose the opportunities that come from being informed about our future activities. We also inform you that you will always have the option to access the data we hold about you and request updates, corrections, additions, or deletion from our database. If we do not receive any feedback from you, we will continue to send you communications regarding our initiatives.

Rights of the data subject: The data subject may exercise all the rights provided by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, including the right to know which of their data are stored and to obtain their deletion. Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 states:

  1. With regard to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to have them communicated in an intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain the following information: the origin of the data, the purposes of the processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the data controller and processors, and the entities to whom the data may be communicated.
  3. The data subject also has the right to obtain:
    • the updating, correction, or integration of the collected data;
    • the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
    • a confirmation that the actions mentioned above have been communicated to those to whom the data have been disclosed, except in cases where this is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
  4. The data subject also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
    • to the processing of personal data for sending advertising materials.
